Das liegt vermutlich an dem RealPlayer. Im Internet-Explorer über Extras - Add- Ons verwalten - Add-Ons aktivieren bzw. deaktiviern das Plug-In "RealPlayer Download and Record Plugin für Internet Explorer" auswählen und deaktivieren, dann den InternetExplorer neu starten und das Problem ist behoben.
