Video and Chat Help

Hi,
I hope you can help me, as I want to not miss out on the opportunity to chat with video to the GayRoyal members.

I cannot get my chat window or video window to open. I click on the Chat Tab and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I checked my browser with the test and it is all ok. Send me an email or whatever to let me know how to overcome this problem
