Bild angeblich falesches Format

Ich will eines meiner (Face)Bilder die ich bereits im Album habe, für meine HP hochladen.

"Das Bild ist vom falschen Dateityp. Es dürfen nur Bilder im Format GIF, JPG oder BMP hochgeladen werden." wird mir aber angezeigt wenn ich es für die HP hochladen will .....

ES IST aber JPG!!!

Warum tut GayRoyal sowas??

"Das Bild, welches du versucht hast hochzuladen, überschreitet die maximal zulässige Dateigröße von 3 MB. Bitte komprimiere es in einem Grafikprogramm oder wähle ein anderes."

Das zeigt GayRoyal nun bei ALLEN bildern an die ich hochladen will; auch bei den Bildern die bereits hochgeladen sind .... ??

schicke das Bild, welches du als Profilbild laden möchtest,  als Dateianhang an support@GayRoyal.com , dann kann man dort prüfen woran es liegt
